Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences and drive sales for luxury and on trend beauty brands through makeup applications, skincare consultations, and both in-store and digital selling at the Montgomery Mall location. Create a welcoming environment, build customer loyalty, and support department readiness through organization and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses to recommend products
• Engage customers to understand needs and build a customer following in-store and digitally
• Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer reward accounts to build loyalty
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Strong customer service skills with ability to connect and handle concerns
• Empathy and respect during makeup and skincare services
• Good multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
• Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Physical ability to be on feet 6-8 hours with lifting up to 25 pounds
