Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer needs.
• Provide welcoming customer service, address concerns, and collaborate with team members.
• Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Book appointments, support beauty events, and build customer loyalty.
• Keep the department organized and customer-ready, and stay informed about beauty trends and products.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
