Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
• Recommend products and build customer followings in-store and digitally
• Set and achieve sales goals including use of texting and social media tools
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Open new customer reward accounts to build loyalty
• Keep department organized and customer ready
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
