Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis and product recommendations while driving in-store and digital sales. Engage customers, build loyalty, and support beauty events and services in a fast paced department environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses for customers
• Recommend products tailored to customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Use text and social media to engage customers and build a following
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness and customer readiness
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application and skincare
• Excellent customer connection and communication skills
• Ability to handle customer concerns with empathy and respect
• Strong multitasking, organization and follow through
• Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
