Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and services from ontrend and luxury beauty brands
- Set and achieve individual and departmental sales goals
- Use text and social media to engage customers and drive digital selling
- Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer-ready
- Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
