Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare consultation, and sales of luxury beauty brands while contributing to a welcoming team environment and supporting both in-store and digital selling efforts.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and build customer loyalty including opening rewards accounts
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep it customer-ready
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty including trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and ability to handle customer concerns
- Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Experience in beauty retail or similar roles preferred
