Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences and product recommendations to customers in the Nordstrom Beauty Department. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customers' goals.
• Build customer loyalty, manage sales and transactions, and use digital tools to connect with customers.
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain an organized, welcoming department and stay informed about beauty trends and products.
• Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to sales goals and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup, skincare, and customer service.
• Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to an inclusive team environment.
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to stand and move for 6-8 hours per shift, handle merchandise, and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
