Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury beauty environment by engaging customers, performing makeup applications and skincare analyses, and driving sales both in-store and through digital channels. Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and conduct skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer beauty goals
- Engage customers to build relationships and grow a customer following in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales goals and utilize selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges while opening new rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Maintain organization and cleanliness to keep the department customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Strong customer service and ability to connect with customers and handle concerns

- Excellent multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
