Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
- Book appointments and support beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Enroll customers in the rewards program to build loyalty
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge via training
