Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide honest confident feedback to customers about style and fit
- Use networking and technology to grow sales and customer base
- Support department operations including order fulfillment, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Work collaboratively with team to keep department customer ready
- Perform duties in other departments as business needs require
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Interest and ability to use digital tools and social media for selling
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
- Ability to lift items regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
