Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide personalized service and honest style and fit feedback
• Maintain product and fashion knowledge to advise customers
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and upkeep of the selling area
• Grow customer base by opening rewards program accounts
• Be flexible to work varying hours and occasionally in other departments
