Support beauty events, appointments, and accomplishing sales goals using selling tools and social media.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and sell beauty products from on trend and luxury brands
• Use text and social media to engage customers and drive digital sales
• Book appointments and support in-store Beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Stay current on product knowledge and beauty trends through training
