Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses for customers
• Recommend products based on customer beauty goals
• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use selling tools including text and social media to build customer following
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Manage sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
