Summary

Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while driving in-store and digital sales. Create customer relationships, support appointments and events, and maintain a welcoming department environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and demonstrate beauty techniques to drive sales
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Engage customers through in-person and digital selling including text and social media
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
• Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle concerns empathetically
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
• Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology to sell
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
• Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
