Provide personalized luxury beauty experiences through makeup application, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while driving in-store and digital sales. Create customer relationships, support appointments and events, and maintain a welcoming department environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and perform skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and demonstrate beauty techniques to drive sales
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Engage customers through in-person and digital selling including text and social media
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle concerns empathetically
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology to sell
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks
- Regularly lift items up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
