Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and drive sales for luxury beauty brands
• Use text and social media to sell and build customer relationships
• Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and visual readiness
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
• Meet sales goals through networking and effective selling tools

Requirements

• Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
• Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving
• Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
• Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Comfort with continuous movement and manual tasks for 6-8 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
