Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
- Recommend products and drive sales for luxury and on-trend beauty brands
- Engage customers through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Book appointments and support in-store beauty events and services
- Meet sales goals and participate in performance-based incentive programs
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and handle merchandise
- Willingness to learn through trainings provided by employer and brand partners
