Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences for customers in the Nordstrom Beauty Department. Recommend luxury beauty products and services while building customer relationships and achieving in-store and digital sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Build customer relationships, book appointments, and promote in-store beauty events and services.
• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media tools.
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and support customer loyalty programs.
• Maintain an organized, clean, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
