Salesperson responsible for driving in-store and digital sales through excellent customer service, relationship building, and product knowledge. Role includes using digital tools and social media to cultivate a customer following and support department operations. Schedule varies by week and may require flexibility to work in different departments when needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use texting and social media to engage customers and grow following
• Build lasting relationships and provide honest style and fit guidance
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

• Comfortable using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
• Ability to work well in a team and prioritize multiple tasks
• Flexible schedule availability based on business needs
• Physical ability for continuous movement and frequent bending and reaching
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
