Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer beauty goals
• Recommend products and drive sales for luxury and on-trend beauty brands
• Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
• Sell through digital channels including text and social media
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Open new customer reward accounts to build loyalty
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to remain customer-ready
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer experience
