Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
• Recommend products and drive sales for in-store and digital channels
• Book appointments and support beauty events and services
• Use text and social media to engage customers and build following
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness to be customer ready
• Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
• Keep current with beauty trends and product knowledge through training
