Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide personalized style and fit recommendations to customers
• Use text and social media to engage and grow customer following
• Support department merchandising including stocking, re-merchandising, and price markdowns
• Fill orders and assist with customer transactions
• Open new customer rewards accounts to grow loyalty
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready environment
• Be flexible to work in other departments as business needs require
