Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare consultations tailored to customer goals
• Recommend and sell beauty products from on-trend and luxury brands
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Use digital selling tools such as text and social media to build a customer following
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges while promoting rewards program enrollment
• Maintain department organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
• Participate in trainings to stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge
• Work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
