Provide personalized beauty experiences and sell luxury beauty products by understanding customers' makeup and skincare needs. Build customer relationships and support sales through in-store and digital engagement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products aligned with customers' goals.
• Meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling, appointments, and customer events.
• Build customer loyalty, process sales and returns, and support Nordstrom Rewards enrollment.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and stay current on beauty trends and products.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive customer experience.

Requirements

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and customer service.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to move continuously during shifts and lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
