Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and services to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets
- Book appointments and promote in-store beauty events and services
- Use digital tools including text and social media to drive sales and build customer following
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep customer-ready

- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
