Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare consultations for customers
• Recommend products based on customer beauty goals and trends
• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
• Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges
• Build customer loyalty and open new rewards accounts
