Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Recommend products and build customer relationships in-store and through digital channels
- Set and achieve sales goals and participate in performance-based incentives
- Book appointments and drive sales for beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization, cleanliness and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Use text and social media tools to engage customers and grow followings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application and skincare
- Strong customer service and ability to connect with diverse customers
- Excellent multitasking, organization and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales targets and use technology for selling
- Ability to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and handle merchandise
- Ability to collaborate with team members to create an inclusive environment
