Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and product expertise
• Keep the department customer ready through stocking and merchandising
• Fill orders and assist with price markdowns and light cleaning
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Work flexibly across schedules and occasionally in other departments
