Provide personalized beauty experiences in a luxury beauty environment by engaging customers, performing makeup applications and skincare consultations, and driving sales both in-store and through digital channels. Maintain a welcoming department through organization and product knowledge while supporting brand events and services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Engage customers to build relationships and drive in-store and digital sales using text and social media
- Book appointments and support beauty events and services to increase revenue
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and enroll customers in rewards programs
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive and welcoming environment
- Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
- Previous beauty or retail sales experience preferred
