Summary

Provide personalized beauty experiences through makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product recommendations while driving sales for luxury beauty brands in store and digitally. Work collaboratively with the beauty team to maintain an inclusive and welcoming environment and use selling tools including text and social media to build customer relationships and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products based on customer goals
• Engage customers to understand needs and build a customer following in store and digitally
• Set and achieve sales goals and use selling tools including text and social media
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
• Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
• Keep the department customer-ready through organization and cleanliness
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
