Beauty Sales - Women's Fragrance - Perimeter Mall

The ideal Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and has the ability to cultivate and grow a customer following, both digitally and in-store. This role involves setting and achieving sales goals, building lasting relationships with customers, and providing exceptional service in the Women's Fragrance department at Perimeter Mall.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest feedback on style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to enhance expertise.
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and light cleaning.
• Grow customer relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.
