Customer-focused sales role selling women's fragrances at the Domain Northside location. The salesperson cultivates and grows a customer following both in-store and digitally, meets sales goals, and maintains departmental readiness while providing style and product expertise.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
• Provide excellent service and honest style and fit guidance
• Use texting and social media as selling tools
• Open new customer rewards accounts
• Fill orders, stock, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
