As a Beauty Sales Associate in Women's Fragrances at Downtown Portland, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service both in-store and digitally. You will cultivate and grow a customer following by leveraging your passion for fashion and styling.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide honest feedback about style and fit.
• Seek fashion and product knowledge to enhance your expertise.
• Work with the team to maintain a customer-ready department by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and performing light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts.
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed.
