Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products
- Engage customers to understand needs and maximize sales
- Use text and social media for digital selling and book appointments
- Set and achieve sales goals and participate in beauty events and services
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Keep the department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
- Drive customer loyalty by opening rewards accounts and building followings

- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem solving
- Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capable of continuous movement 6-8 hours with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
