Provide personalized beauty experiences specializing in women's fragrances by engaging customers, conducting product demonstrations and consultations, and driving sales both in-store and through digital channels. Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products to meet customer beauty goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and maximize sales for luxury beauty brands
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Use digital tools including text and social media to sell and build a customer following
- Manage sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges and open new rewards accounts
- Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive customer environment
- Keep department customer ready through organization and cleanliness
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current trends
- Excellent customer connection skills and ability to handle customer concerns
- Empathy and respect for all customers during services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and interest in networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and perform physical tasks including lifting up to 25 pounds
