Provide personalized beauty experiences in women's fragrances and luxury beauty at the Park Meadows location by engaging customers in-store and digitally, conducting applications and consultations, and driving sales through appointments and events.
Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products based on customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and build customer loyalty and following in-store and digitally
- Set and achieve sales goals using selling tools including text and social media
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Manage sales, refunds, and exchanges and assist customers with Nordstrom Rewards enrollment
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment
- Keep department organized, clean, and customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty trends, makeup application, and skincare
- Excellent ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns
- Empathy and respect while providing makeup and skincare services
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and follow-through skills
- Drive to achieve sales goals and willingness to use networking and technology
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
