Responsibilities
- Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer goals
- Engage customers to understand needs and recommend fragrance and beauty products
- Use text and social media to drive digital sales and build a customer following
- Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services
- Set and achieve sales goals and track performance
- Manage sales transactions including refunds and exchanges
- Maintain department organization and cleanliness to keep it customer-ready
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and current trends
- Excellent customer connection and proactive problem-solving skills
- Empathy and respect when providing makeup and skincare services
- Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities
- Drive to achieve sales goals and use networking and technology for selling
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Ability to stand and move continuously for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
