Beauty Salesperson - Old Orchard Center

As a Beauty Salesperson at Old Orchard Center, you will be part of the Nordstrom Beauty Department, creating personalized beauty experiences and maximizing sales in luxury beauty brands. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and build a following both in-store and digitally.

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, recommending products based on customer goals.
• Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming environment for all customers.
• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling.
• Book appointments and drive sales for in-store beauty events and services.
• Maintain department organization and cleanliness.
• Stay updated with the latest beauty trends and industry knowledge through training.
• Manage sales, refunds, exchanges, and build customer loyalty through the Nordstrom Rewards program.
