Join the beauty sales team to drive in-store and digital selling for core brands, build lasting customer relationships, and provide confident styling and product advice while maintaining a customer ready department. The role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional work in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use networking and technology to grow customer following and sales
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning to keep the department customer ready
• Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
• Interest in using technology and social media to achieve sales goals
• Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Organization and strong follow through
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending and lifting up to 25 pounds
