Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide personalized service with honest and confident feedback on style and fit
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and open new rewards program accounts
- Support department tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Work collaboratively with the team to keep the department customer ready
- Be flexible to occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
- Work a variable schedule based on business needs
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong interest in using technology for sales
- Ability to excel in a team environment and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced setting
- Organization and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and lifting
- Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation and ability to handle bulky items
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
