Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and products
• Assist with filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Work flexibly across schedules and occasionally in other departments as needed
