The Beauty Selling Advisor provides exceptional customer service while building sales and lasting client relationships. This role represents the La Prairie line, drives individual and vendor sales goals, and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual, vendor, event, and department sales goals.
• Build customer relationships and provide expert product, makeup, and treatment consultations.
• Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences and follow up with clients.
• Maintain counter cleanliness and merchandising standards while delivering a polished sales experience.
• Work effectively with team members and the designated account executive.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused cosmetics environment.
• Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quota.
• Ability to provide professional makeup and treatment consultations and applications.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to use online clienteling tools and work independently and collaboratively.
