Summary

Provide professional esthetic services including specialty facials, body waxing, brow and lash tinting, body scrubs and corrective treatments while delivering a soothing spa experience. Recommend appropriate home care regimens and build a loyal clientele through exceptional service and follow-through. Manage appointment scheduling to ensure consistent, time-effective service and a positive client experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality esthetic services such as facials, waxing, tints, scrubs and corrective treatments.
• Facilitate efficient and consistent appointment scheduling to maximize service flow.
• Recommend and educate clients on home care regimens between services.
• Build and maintain a clientele portfolio and encourage customers to schedule return appointments.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure excellent service and follow-through.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1+ years of experience providing esthetician services.
• Proof of all required state licensing.
• Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to build client relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
