Beauty Stylist - Mall of America

As a Beauty Stylist at the Mall of America, you will drive beauty sales across all brands by utilizing your expertise in demonstration and artistry techniques. Your primary focus will be to provide personalized customer service and sell products that best meet the needs of your clients in a commissioned sales environment.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools, including text and social media.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to maintain expertise.
• Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to understand customer preferences and needs.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases, suggesting new products, and inviting them to events.
• Grow sales through appointment-based selling, utilizing technology, and opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Create events in the store and network within the community.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships within each Beauty brand to identify key focuses and products.

• 1+ years of experience in the Beauty industry.
