Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to engage customers
• Conduct service consultations using open-ended questions to identify customer needs
• Build relationships through follow up and product recommendations
• Grow sales via appointment-based selling and opening rewards accounts
• Create and host in-store events and network in the community
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and product expertise
• Perform continuous movement and physical tasks throughout shifts

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of beauty industry experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization, follow-through, and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Capacity for frequent bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching
• Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
