Summary

The Beauty Stylist drives sales across beauty brands through product demonstrations, artistry, and personalized customer service. This role builds customer relationships through consultations, appointment-based selling, and follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve in-store and digital sales goals using available selling tools.
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Build customer relationships through purchase follow-up, product suggestions, and event invitations.
• Use appointment-based selling and technology to grow sales and customer accounts.
• Create store events, network in the community, and maintain relationships with beauty brand vendors.
• Maintain product knowledge and awareness of industry trends.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of beauty industry experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organization, and follow-through skills.
• Ownership, accountability, initiative, and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including frequent movement, reaching, and lifting items up to 25 pounds.
