Summary

The Beauty Stylist is a store-based beauty and fragrance expert who creates exceptional client journeys through artistry, innovation, and storytelling. This role supports Client Advisors and helps establish Louis Vuitton's beauty métier while contributing to a culture of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Curate bespoke beauty experiences and deliver high-touch client interactions.
• Apply makeup and share expertise in beauty products, techniques, and tools.
• Support Client Advisors in creating memorable client experiences.
• Inspire and develop the store's beauty community by sharing knowledge and skills.
• Maintain the beauty area and manage inventory to luxury standards.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in luxury beauty or makeup retail.
• Advanced knowledge of makeup application, products, colors, techniques, and tools.
• Confident, creative communication and client engagement skills.
• Passion for fashion, art, culture, and emerging beauty trends.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury retail environment and work collaboratively.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
