Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use selling tools including text and social media to drive sales
• Conduct service consultations to assess customer preferences and needs
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships with follow-up and product suggestions
• Grow sales through appointment-based selling and opening rewards accounts
• Create and host in-store events and network in the community
• Maintain strong vendor relationships within beauty brands
• Demonstrate product knowledge and stay current on industry trends

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of beauty industry experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organization skills and follow-through
• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort working in a commissioned sales environment
