As a Beauty Stylist at Park Meadows, you will drive beauty sales across all brands by utilizing demonstration and artistry techniques. Your primary focus will be to sell the customer what is right for them, while thriving in a commissioned sales environment and providing exceptional one-on-one customer service.

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital selling using effective selling tools, including text and social media.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to maintain expertise.
• Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to understand customer preferences and needs.
• Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases, suggesting new products, and inviting them to upcoming events.
• Grow sales through appointment-based selling, utilizing technology, and opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Create events in the store and network in the community as an entrepreneur.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships within each Beauty brand to identify key focuses and products.

• 1+ years of experience in the Beauty industry.
