Summary

Provide in-person beauty support at the flagship store assisting customers and brand partners to deliver elevated luxury experiences. Serve as a front-line associate handling client interactions, product knowledge, and supporting sales floor activities. Represent the brand with professionalism and contribute to a welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor
• Provide product information and beauty recommendations
• Support brand partners with merchandising and stock tasks
• Maintain visual standards and organized displays
• Process transactions and assist with point of sale duties
• Support appointment scheduling and client follow up
• Assist with inventory counts and receiving

Requirements

• Customer service experience in a retail or beauty environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work a retail schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and presentation
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
• Basic point of sale and cash handling familiarity
