Summary
Lead the design and delivery of training and development programs for stores in the East market, partnering with store leadership to coach and mentor teams to improve selling skills, client experience, and overall store performance. Position is bilingual English and French and is based in Toronto.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and facilitate the retail training strategy including in-store and regional inductions.
- Develop training modules and individual training plans tailored to store and regional needs.
- Deliver training sessions and workshops for store teams and leadership.
- Observe selling behaviors and provide coaching to ensure applied learning of selling skills.
- Provide ongoing mentorship to support improvement of proficiencies attitudes and behaviors.
- Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align training with business objectives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs to drive client delight and performance.
Requirements
- Experience creating implementing and facilitating retail training programs in a fast paced client centric environment.
- Proven ability to coach mentor and develop store leadership and teams.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
- Strong communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to stores within the region as required.
- Creative and innovative approach to learning and development.
- Passion for luxury retail and delivering excellence in client experience.
